DJ SERVICES

Below is a standard practice for our team members and applies to all services. 
  • All team members will maintain social distancing guidelines from guests, vendors, and staff
  • All team members will be in good health.
  • Any symptomatic team member will not be allowed to work.
  • Temperature readings will be taken on-site to ensure their readings are below 99 degrees.
  • All team members are required to have masks on during the event.
  • Hand sanitizers and disposable gloves will be made available to all of our team members.
Set up

Equipment will be handled by GP team members only. Set up can be done without any interaction with other vendors, guests, or client. A space of at least 10'x10' will be required for the dj booth and placed a minimum of 10' away from any guest. 

During the event

Guests are not allowed to handle equipment.  Microphones will be sanitized before each speaker. A dedicated microphone will be assigned to each host/emcee. Any music requests must be done via email, text, or phone call. Dj will maintain socially distant guidelines from any guest, vendor, or client. Music from performers must be submitted to the DJ via email prior to the event. 

After the event

Any tables, chairs, or any other equipment used by our staff will be sanitized before leaving. Breakdown will begin after every guest has left the venue. ​


EMCEE SERVICES

For the safety of our emcees, we provide them with their own dedicated microphone. If booking them without any of our audio services, we request that they are provided with their very own microphone. ​We expect them to follow current social distancing guidelines. They are only allowed to interact with guests following the current guidelines.
